Psych-K® uses a direct and simple approach to create new subconscious beliefs, causing a shift in your reality. Using muscle testing to establish your current belief/s followed by what is called a Psych-K® balance to create new subconscious beliefs.

The beauty of muscle testing is that our bodies hold all the knowledge. We hold muscle memory in our bodies from things that happened to us years ago that we are still holding onto. While our minds may or may not remember, our bodies always do.
